By booking a course with Solo Nails & Education, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your payment.

1. Booking & Payment

• A £200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.

• Payment plans are available, allowing you to pay in three installments. However, the full balance must be paid no later than one week before your chosen course date.

• Failure to complete the full payment on time may result in your booking being canceled without a refund.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least one week's notice before your course date.

• The £200 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• If you cancel within less than a week of your course date, no refund will be issued for any payments made.

3. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

• All training materials, techniques, and content provided during the course are the intellectual property of Solo Nails & Education.

• Course materials, including manuals, videos, and any other resources, must not be copied, shared, or used for teaching purposes without written permission.

• Unauthorized use of course content for personal or commercial training will result in legal action.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

• Solo Nails & Education is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from the use of products during or after the course.

• It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage before performing treatments on clients.

• We reserve the right to refuse training to anyone who does not adhere to our policies or behaves in a manner that disrupts the course.

5. Certification

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course. Attending alone does not guarantee certification—students must demonstrate competence in the techniques taught.

• Our courses are designed to equip you with professional skills, but it is your responsibility to check local licensing and legal requirements for offering nail services in your area.

6. Amendments to Terms

• Solo Nails & Education reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
